Hello, hello! It's been awhile since I've last made a blog. I've been busy studying for finals and working on projects. I procrastinate. -_- That's what I get for not doing the assigned readings when I was supposed to.
The result of that is...NECK PAIN! I can think of a few things why I have this neck pain.
1. I was studying on my bed with looking down on at book and laptop, plus writing (bad posture) 2. I have a day bed and the mattress is sinking little by little 3. My pillow is losing its fluff
I've had it for almost a week and now it's getting to a point where it's hard to ignore. So, I decided to look up stretches not just for the neck, but also for back pain. I thought these stretches were helpful from yougatic
