Perler Bead Collection

I started making simple things back in middle school because my friend introduced me to them. I started out making key chains with the beginning letter of the persons name.

A couple years ago, I started to make other things like the pictures below. It can be time consuming for larger projects only because I don't have a huge board. So what I would do is I would use masking tape to hold it down! I think this a good idea. I just haven't seen any stores selling these large boards.

I wonder how people get those large projects done. If anyone has heard anything, please mention it. :]

I bought my perler beads at Walmart, but I'm assuming that they can be bought at any arts and crafts store.

Perler beads are great activities for adults and kids, but there is adult supervision needed when ironing. They also make great gifts! That's what I did.

Aren't they cute and cool? :D
